Field Notes

Description:

Spotting above probably female. Large abdomen, hairless legs, leaf- shaped pattern on back, brown and cream in colour.

Habitat:

Large web with sector missing, containing only a single strand that leads to nest in crevice where spider resides during the day

Notes:

Will rebuild web in early morning. Mainly nocturnal and will move from corner hideout to middle of web during the night.
