Description:

This moth of the family Erebidae has a wingspan of 31–38 mm. The forewings are grey with a yellowish-buff streak along the costa. The wings are folded flat over the back when at rest. In flight, the yellow hindwings are noticeable, and it looks a much larger moth.

Habitat:

Resting on the wall in a front porch.

Notes:
