Don't worry about that Antonio! I'm quite nervous of eating mushrooms that don't come from Sainsburys/Tesco/Morrisons :) I've just been reading up on the toxin produced by Amanita pantherina - that cant be a pleasant experience. Thanks for the kind words Jemma.
I will not eat it, eather! A lot of edible and poisonous mushroom look almost the same like yours two. I know recognize a lot of mushroom but won't eat them :)
:-) very similar, the second was more dark than this one. Another thing, never, but never eat any mushroom without going to a real specialist or a pharmacy so they can valid the edeblity of it,it's to much dangerous to risk,ok?that is for ALL mushrooms
They look so similar, its confusing!!!! haha :) thanks for the ID help. Not sure I'll be eating any of these mushrooms just yet...but I am going on a fungi guided tour next week end, so hopefully will learn a lot about the local species found here!
well, you have ID, this mushroom is edible when properly cooked :)
Thanks for the ID Antonio. Is the second photo also a Blusher mushroom?
Thanks Jopy! I was quite happy to find these..even though I'm not sure what they're called.
