Description:
A large land slug that has color variations. Arion ater varies from 10–15 cm (3.9–5.9 in). It is an established species in Washington State where it is considered an invasive species.
Habitat:
Spotted at the edge of a wetland at the Flaming Geyser State Park in Washington State.
