Field Notes

Description:

White face and chest and extends to shoulders. Dark grey extending from bill, cap and back of neck. Greyish brown on back, wings and tail. Buffy brown belly and flanks. Pointed dark bill and short tail. Sound is almost like deep purring sound. Strong short legs and feet able to cling to trees even upside down.

Habitat:

This one prefers the Oak trees.
