Thanks Christine, that narrowed it down for me. I think it's a Morning Glory Prominent, Schizura ipomoeae.
It could be morning glory prominent(Schizura ipomoea) or unicorn caterpillar(Schizura unicornis). Schizura sp., I think - not sure which one. It's one of the Prominent caterpillars though.
