Field Notes

Description:

Small berry producing plant standing about 6" in height.

Habitat:

Many of these plants can be found along the shore of a small lake.

Notes:

There is no pit in the middle. Tastes a bit sweet, but I was nervous about tasting as I'm not sure of the edibility.
