Field Notes

Description:

A herbaceous flowering plant, some 30 cm tall, the only one detected in that spot close to pathway. It has a very attractive blue inflorescence, about 4cm in diameter.

Habitat:

Found in mountains, on pasturelands, often above the treeline - like here, on tops of Jura range, in Natural Reserve.
