I notice now the stronger "tail" (which looks like being the ovipostor) in yours. So try to check the Siricidae. Looks like being an Ichneumonidae, an extremely widespread and abundant family. There are hundreds of different species around. Can't help you more. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ichneumonidae
