Description:

Three Northern Bluet Damselflies posing on weeds around the pond. Thorax is blue with a wide black dorsal stripe and thin black side stripes. Black markings on the abdomen are most pronounced near the tip. Eyes have large pale blue eyespots. Perches horizontally or obliquely.
