Description:

Orb-weaver spider female and male. 1st pic is of the female and the second one is of the male. Eriovixia is a genus of spiders in the Araneidae family. It was first described in 1951 by Archer. As of 2017, it contains 21 species.

Habitat:

Seen at Chintamoni Kar bird sanctuary.
