Thanks for your help on this one bayucca, still unsure on this one though.
Please, check your ID and think about my suggestion. You still have it as Assassin Bug.
Here is an almost perfect match beside the knobby antennae: Leptocoris rufomarginatus, a Rhopalidae, Scentless Plant Bug: http://www.saveourwaterwaysnow.com.au/01_cms/details_pop.asp?ID=933 But I think it is a Miridae, Pseudopantilius sp. and most probably Pseudopantilius australis, but I would need a shot from the top to be 100% of the species. Yours might be a last instar nymph. Maybe other can help with this one, although I am pretty sure ;-)...
Do you hve anothe picture of this one? I am a little bit sceptic about Reduviidae.
