Thanks for putting this up, Slate! Just be aware that this is not a Galapagos tortoise, it is an Aldabra tortoise. Aldabra tortoises have a small nuchal scute, which is generally present above the neck; you can see that in your photo. Galapagos tortoises lack this nuchal scute. Thanks for removing the spotting from the Galapagos Biodiversity Mission.
