Field Notes

Description:

This was a pair of Kites in the same bush.<br>
Head and underside is white and the back, wings and back of tail are grey with a large dark patch one the shoulders. The underside of the ends of the wings are also grey with darker spot near the elbow of the wings. The shadowed eyes are golden color. Known for hovering over it's prey before diving.

Habitat:

Most found over open fields and marshes
