Description:

several inches long, brite yellow black and white striped with red lateral marks along underside visible along the posterior body end

Habitat:

Resting on the leaf surface of a goldenrod plant leaf, in mid-day, highly visible.
is this aposematism? Is this caterpillar chemically defended?
