small, epiphytic orchid, dull green flower at the end of the seed capsule

Habitat:

rainforest

Notes:

I spotted this growing low on a tree along the road as I walked to the Syndicate Nature Trail. I've never seen a flower like this, growing at the end of a seed pod.
