Description:

This forest plant seems to have female and male flowers in the same sprout because I see what looks like a pistil tube in some of them while another clearly shows blue stamens. I am in search for the ID.

Habitat:

Paraiso Quetzal forest. San Gerardo de Dota/Cerro de la Muerte.

Looks a little like a pentas. Perhaps related though?
