Description:
*Adult American robins are 9-to-11 inches long. They are gray-brown with warm orange underparts and dark heads. *Juvenile American Robins have a reddish breast with large black spots, a pale eyebrow, and a pinkish bill
Habitat:
*Specific Habitat: I spotted this American robin perched on a deck in a residential backyard in north Alabama. *General Habitat: The American robin breeds throughout most of North America. They are common across the continent in gardens, parks, yards, golf courses, fields, pastures, tundra, as well as deciduous woodlands, pine forests, shrublands, and forests regenerating after fires or logging.
