Field Notes
Description:
Immature jumping spider with an orange stripe across the top of the head and on the legs. The abdomen had an orange spot in the middle with two sets of thin line segments above and below. When this spider matures, the orange should turn white although there are some atypical colored specimens that remain orange.
Habitat:
Backyard on unknown bush next to Lantana
Notes:
Spotted by one of my teen nature enthusiasts :)
