Looks slightly like a fuzzy dragonfly or lacewing, but the clubbed antennae are fairly distinctive. Large eyes, short abdomen

Resting on my porch door to find shelter from the rain. Suburban neighborhood

Yep, Owlfly I think it's Ululodes macleayanus, just based on photo similarities, but I don't know enough to rule out U. floridanus. Almost all the photos submitted to bugguide.com from FL seem to be either of these.
