Nice find redwookie! Do you have any more pictures of this mantis? Fyn, I think this may actually be a European Mantis. The reddish edge on the wings and reddish femora are more consistent with Mantis religiosa. http://bugguide.net/node/view/700582 http://bugguide.net/node/view/462049/bgimage
