Description:

These toms were picking through the recently mowed grass of a field.

Habitat:

Native to North America, wild turkeys prefer hardwood and mixed conifer-hardwood forests with scattered openings such as pastures, fields, orchards and seasonal marshes.

Notes:

Spotted in a field inside Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park
