Double-crested Cormorant

On the left is a male and on the right, a female. You can see the breeding plumes on the male’s head. I believe these to be a pair. Double-crested Cormorants can often be seen inland. They also line up on bridges, wires, pipes etc. to form a “firing line” for fish below.
