Notes:

This is the Audubon’s subspecies. It most easily visible field mark is the yellow patch on its rump which separates it from other warblers. It’s common call is “Chip!” I have seen these little guys go to town on a termite hatching before.

It is not in range for the mission either, so it should be removed for both reasons.
