Description:

Off-white/pale yellow mushroom ~ 80 mm high. Cap ~ 20 mm high and ~ 30 mm across base. Stem ~ 2 mm thick.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted growing in a lawn.
