Description:

the pawprints plus the cave in pic 2 gave me a very eerie feeling that this was mountain lion territory.

Jellis, I could see three rounded fingers. My first reaction was a bob cat. Later on I thought it was a little too big for a bob cat. This is when you take Buckeye trail and keep going and then you continue on Blue Oak Trail .This was nearer to the side of Boundry Oaks Golf Course. Nearer to the Public Water Utility. This area could possibly be used as a source of water for the animals. There is a canal flowing nearby too. Ideal spot to be shielded from Population at nite. This area is abundant with Deer. I saw 7 deer at one time.
The second pic obscures the first. I will remove it. The print will be seen properly.
is that the only print you found? It looks like only two toes.
