Description:
This is a very large black bird with a very wide wingspans. The head is red with very few observable feathers. This bird can be seen soaring high in the air with very loittle effort.
Habitat:
Forest edges, open areas, fields, and near by highways. These birds will also soar over the edge of town.
Notes:
This bird has continued to expand it's range.
