Field Notes

Description:

maybe a cm stretched out like that

Habitat:

asleep on the blade of grass pretending to be invisible in a remnant dry coastal forest under storey

Notes:

Holding the torch in my mouth, the camera in one hand and, both the spider and the white backing card in another, while standing one-legged on the edge of a slope I only managed to get these couple of shots that were barely any good

get either black or tan... the blue one loses it's dye
Well done! I suspect sometimes we all get into situations where a selfy might be more fun than the subject. Bunnings have a $19 cap with very strong led's in the peak. They work really well for hands-free night focus and blinding other people... recommended!
