Speaking of mimics: This female Common Mormon mimics the female Common Rose (P. aristolochiae) nearly perfectly.
Just: Common Rose has 5 white discal spots and Common Mormon has spot number one totally pink and spot number two partially pink.
That is the way to surely ID these two beautiful female butterflies.
