Habitat:

Dry sclerophill bushland. Most likely living in a wild hive.

Notes:

Licking sugar-water off the glass. This bee was exhausted, so I put some sugar water on the glass to revive it.

Lori, this photo is awesome! At first I thought it was mid-flight, but then I read your description and noticed the glass (and what appears to be a blob of the sugar water.) Really cool close-up!
