I think I could be convinced it's Tropical Pewee, Bayucca... The books describe it as having a dark or dusky tip on the lower mandible. I've uploaded another photo, a closer shot of the head. I think I see a dusky tip on the lower mandible - what do you think?
Indeed a tough one! I am slightly tending to Camptostoma imberbe (belly pale yellowish to dull white, lower mandible flesh-color, eyering narrow) and Contopus cinereus, with preference to the Tropical Pewee, Contopus cinereus, due to your caribbean location. Really tricky one. Please, verify, for me it is too late for more checking.mjust for fun, check also Elaenia chiriquensis...

I'm not convinced Bayucca - my bird definitely has a yellow lower mandible, and stronger wing markings I think ... I do find these small flycatchers confusing though...
