I believe it either to be P. pusillus or P. ceylonicus. I don't know what pusillus looks like but it doesn't look like ceylonicus. I'll let someone more experienced with Amblypygi bring it down to species epithet.
This is a whip spider, Order Amblypygi, not a true spider (Order Araneae).
