I found this guy/gal on a sunflower at my work.

To me this looks more like an Assassin Bug, family Reduviidae, but I can't narrow it down to a genus. http://bugguide.net/node/view/166
At first I thought Milkweed bug. But the neck is too long. Then I thought Long-necked Seed Bug but the legs aren't right right. Maybe someone else can find it.
