Description:

I'm not sure what this hawk was doing with its wings half-raised and its feathers ruffled. I think this is the same bird as this one, caught in a similar pose:

Notes:

Spotted on utility pole #43 near an uncultivated area next to a mining operation in Kennesaw, GA
