Field Notes

Description:

Small round fruit that turns yellow when ripe. It is smaller than the average mellon and a little more citric.

Habitat:

Origin in southeast Asia. Grows well in tropical or subtropical environments.

Notes:

Pollination is through insects, more specifically bees and this year there were plenty of bees so we didn't have a problem and there is plenty of fruit. Last year there were less bees and we did not produce a lot of these little lemons.
Save the bees!!!
