this herb is called Naag-Chattri in local language. Its root is considered to have medicinal value and collected in huge quantities by villagers from forests. It grows at elevation upto 3000 meters. Due to invasive ways of its collection, it is considered illegal to collect the plant without prior permit from the forest department.
