Description:

Completely dark gray and black, gets darker espacially at end of the beak and end of feathers

Habitat:

found near ocean

Notes:

when found it was fighting other birds for the hotdog it has in its mouth

It's a young seagull of some kind. Immature gulls have dark feathers, bills and eyes. The easiest way to identify immature gulls is to see which mature gulls they are with.
