Field Notes

Description:

Possibly an Angelopsis Spp. Found in a bushy area, by the sea.I taunted this spider out of its weby nest, by gently vibrating its web, mimicing a trapped insect.She/He came out to inspect and then i got the shot!

The size was quite large, something like 2-3cm.

Habitat:

Close to the sea, its web was build on a bush.Found in June.

Thanks!I am not sure at all.My experience in biology-entomology etc is very small, but my passion to photograph these creatures is big hehe!
Beautiful shot, thank you for sharing! I'd be willing to gamble on it being male (bulbous pedipalps), but I'm afraid I have no idea what species it could be.
