Field Notes

Description:

These two were constructing their home outside of my stay in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa.

I try not to post pictures of animals in urban areas but this one was too funny not too.

Habitat:

It is found in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Somalia, South Africa, Swaziland, and Tanzania.

Notes:

The Eastern Golden Weaver (Ploceus subaureus) is a species of bird in the Ploceidae family.
