Description:

Copaeodes minima is the smallest North American skipper. Wings are yellowish to light orange. The underside of hindwing has a white stripe.

Habitat:

Spotted on flowers at the McAllen Nature Center.

Notes:

Adults feed on flower nectar from various flowers.
