Field Notes

Description:

Medium-sized (28 cm, including the extension on the tail center), Crown and brown coat, black eye strip, bluish-green wings, pale blue ribbon tail. The lower body pale green with a striking blue throat.

Habitat:

found in the middle of palm oil plantation

Notes:

known as "kirik-kirik biru" in Indonesia
