Description:

The Red Abalone can reach up to 31cm around making it the largest Snail in the world. Found along the coast of California and the PNW they feed on Bull and Giant Kelp of the inter-tidal zone (up to 100' in depth) between Oregon and Mexico on the West Coast of North America.

Habitat:

The red abalone can be found along the west coast of North America, from Oregon to Baja California, and Mexico.
