ok...no clue, again soursop tree a lot of leaves have this, looks menacing.

There are some lady beetle species that have these sort of larvae. One that I've seen here in FL is Globe-marked Lady Beetle. http://bugguide.net/node/view/476482 There are others, so I'm not 100% sure.
