Altha/Daniele This is a Red-eyed dove (Streptopelia semitorquata). It has a pinkish/reddish area around the eye which a Cape turtle dove does not have. And although it is not clear from the photo, the Red-eyed dove has a pinkish blush on the chest whereas the Cape turtle dove is more greyish. http://www.biodiversityexplorer.org/birds/columbidae/streptopelia_semitorquata.htm
