If not the species mentioned above, it is certainly a Giant Stonefly, Pteronarcys sp. http://bugguide.net/node/view/79985
Looks like a Fishfly, maybe something like Neohermes sp...best guess would be N. concolor. But I've never seen one with such distinctive orange markings. Do you happen to have any other pictures?
