Description:

Very small 2mm brown orange beetles mating pair.

Habitat:

Savanah Woodlands Kimberley.

Thanks Martin. Yes they're very small so hard to get any details in the photograph.

These are leaf beetles Chrysomelidae (fammily) Chrysomelinae (subfamily) Possibly a Peltoschema species which should have pitted lines along the elytra but the range doesn't fit well. There are other possible genera. I've seen them in NT but not found an ID.
