I found these at a preserve, The Timucan Ecological Preserve in Jacksonville, it had rained recently, and there were numerous types of mushrooms all around.

After looking it up, I can see that it looks like a Mycena species. It seems to be a fairly common mushroom. And it was on a rotting log, so it is saprobic. Thanks for the input!

Maybe Mycena galericulata or inclinata. Definitely not Armillaria.
