Description:

Gray above and white below. Dark streaks on flanks. Two white wingbars with dark color between. Black eye mask and cap. Yellow patch in front of eyes. Black throat on males and white on females. White speckles on white edge tail feathers.

Was spotted in a Nectar Garden
