Description:

The lace-winged roadside skipper is a skipper butterfly with distinctive markings. The wingspan is 30–38 mm. Adults are on wing from March to September. There are two generations per year.

Habitat:

Spotted visiting Black-eyed Susan wildflowers in a roadside wetland at the Pond Creek National Wildlife Refuge in Arkansas.
