Field Notes

Description:

Flower spike shorter than furrowed stem. Anthers pale yellow-white.
Basal rosette of leaves, spreading to more/less erect. Flower stems covered with silky hairs. Height: Stems to 50 cm
Linear to oval-lanceolate. One or more leaf rosettes.

Habitat:

Abundant on roadsides, gardens, grassland and wasteland.
